SAC Restricted - Need some advice

Hello,

I’m looking for some advice as a newbie. I wanted to take my drone up in Aberystwyth, Wales.

I’m looking on a site https://thedronemap.com/ and it shows this

I’m assuming I can’t put my drone up in those SPA Restricted areas ?

I’ve also checked on the https://thedronemap.com/ and thats showing this

I just want to be sure im doing it correctly if anyone can advise please, this will be my first drone flight with my DJI Mini Pro 5.

Think the SPA you need to get permission. It’s a special protection area, so rare or nesting birds , or other wildlife.

The SSSI is similar, but if there is a link it will take you to another site usually the relevant authority as sometimes SSSI relates to geological sites not wildlife, and rocks usually don’t care about Drones especially small ones like our Mini 5 pro’s.
