New to the Drone scene in early February 2026 just before my 55th birthday, so treated myself to a Dji mini 5 pro then very quickly hooked and bought a “spare” in the form of a Dji Mavic 4 pro.
It’s a hobby, would I like to make money from it, well yes absolutely because then I could buy more Drones and help support those poor people at Dji, but for now I just really enjoy it, gives me a really good excuse to check and moan about the weather, gets me out of the house and into the fresh air and justifies me wearing Aviator sunglasses in the house because according to the CAA I am a pilot now. What more could you want from a hobby?
