Yes, just been tied up with a lot…
There’s only 3 people who have voted so far, I’d cleared a weekend with the farm for June 2025 but if there’s real interest still say a total of 6 people, I’ll see if it’s possible for September.
I need feedback now as the farm has other bookings through September…
Or leave it till next year but keep the thread ongoing for everyone to discuss and plan, ideally the more people the better for the farm.

I’m good for a September meet up. Any time except 5 / 6 / 7 Sept. as I have existing plans.
So local I don’t really need to camp. Is day access to the site ok ?

Unfortunately the answer is a no as the farm is too busy, they have a booking the first weekend in September but just said not to go ahead with organizing a meet at the farm.
Thanks for your efforts though.

Is there another venue for a day meet and fly perhaps?
I’ll reconnect with an old farmer friend who’s retired now at 86, his son has taken over the farming and I’ll see what he’d allow aiming for a camp and or a day meetup. if he’s willing there’s a hotel 5 minutes drive for the old boned amongst us. it’s also within 5 minutes of Asda and Tesco food stores.
It may be a case of preparing for next year but I’ll see what’s possible.
