Best Drone App and Best Accessories

Looking to find out what’s the best app to use with DJI drones and also what accessories is everyone buying ? Thanks in Advance

The only app I use aside of the DJI stuff is Drone Assist to check the area for any flight restrictions before I fly.

The only accesories I have fitted to both my Neo and Mini 4 Pro are UV filters to the camara lenses. More useful on film cameras than digital tbh but they wont do any harm optically. The main reason is crash damage. I’d rather scratch or break a replaceable filter than the dones camera lens. Especially useful for the Neo as it gets a lot more bumps !

Although not had one yet would also make cleaning a bug splat a lot easier as camera lens coatings are delicate.

Many thanks, downloaded the Drone Assist as seems to have the best reviews. I have tried it a couple of times and looks really easy and simple.

Yes totally agree saw a you tube video with and without UV and the difference is night and day, ordered one today.

I always protecting screens and lenses with covers too as a safeguard, I looked at the neo too but wouldn’t last a min with me. I was thinking about bugs and dust too they must get into things which needs to be cleaned. Invested in an air blower and some good quality soft fibre clothes etc

Hi there.. I have a few drones now, The avata 2 I have an led bumper guard from Vifly and also have a metal guard for the camera aswell as ND filters.. I also have a kit from FPV tosky for the mini 4 pro which is great if a bit heavy. Comes with a case, landing mat, screen protector etc.. You’ll never have too many high quality USBc cables and there’s also the essential precision screwdriver kit for changes blades etc..

DJI recomended memory cards for each drone:

On screwdrivers, crossheads remember they’re not phillips but JIS crossheads on DJI drones, Phillips will chew up the screws.

Many thanks, that link and info has made my life so much easier. I noticed the screw heads looked different, that would be a nightmare if I rounded on the screws. Just ordered 2 sandisk extreme pro 128gb cards as I noticed the remote was looking for a card too. I ended up getting a proper case too, need to put a pic up on here as I would recommend it
