What do you all use your drone footage for?

Hi All.
I’m sat here with 16 flying days worth of footage…and i’m not quite sure the best way to use it?!?
Of course, I could upload it to YouTube and put some music to it but i’m not sure thats the best use of my own personal time with it. I can understand why people do it and each to their own - it’s a great place to store it for starters!
My current thinking is use it on my travel channel or personal walkie-talkie channel where the footage can add plenty of B-roll and context to whatever i’m doing.

I’m not doing stunts or risky stuff with it - it’s a mini 3 for lords sake lol - and my understanding of things so far is “slow, steady shots with some dramatic views” in a nutshell.
My question is - is there something I’m missing or that I haven’t thought of that YOU do?

I’d really appreciate people’s thoughts on this if you could spare a minute to add them?

First off, you already coined a phrase that fits very well “Each to their own” it works here, some people take hours of footage and never do anything with it. Others have made a few bob listing some clips on various web sires and selling it in various ways.

Then there’s those who like to list the footage on YT as a means to posting it on here, they edit in various ways and add music, effects and captions etc.

There are no limits to what you can do, it just depends on what you want to get out of fling and recording those flights in video format. As you said, you could add some to your existing channels, even create new ones, as the say - “The choice is yours”
