I am struggling to keep the quality on my videos.
Ive followed the tips on google about download from the “Quicktransfer” from the DJI app, changing the resolution etc but when I send on whatsapp or try to upload to Instagram, the quality decrease.
Any tips on how to keep the great quality please?

The sites you mention both compress video. You could try rendering your video to optimal Instagram size to stop it resizing. That way you have more control of quality. When sending video you could upload to YouTube, where viewers get to set video quality, and share links.
