The DJI Mini 5 Pro is a great flying camera but a bad editing codec camera. Forced H.265 (HEVC) with no H.264 option, editing in premiere pro is a struggle…

I believe you can only do H264 while in 1080P on the Mini 5. Or at least that was the case when it first came out. Might be wiorth checking for any firmware updates.

@chibuikeibe-ygnbd You could try Davinci Resolve, the free version is feature packed and possibly has all the features that Premiere Pro has

Yeah. I would not like to film in HD, I will get encoder and use proxy in Premiere pro

Seconding the Davinci rec above, it kicks Premier’s ass. I’m not certain the free version supports H265 but I believe it does.
