Strobe Lights - Very Lightweight

Hello Dronies
Anyone found the best and very lightweight strobe light? Cant seem to find any that would keep me under 250g for my DJI Mini 4K.

Hi
I use the Vifly strobes , very light and have a battery built in.
It has a red strobe , green strob and white controled by one button.

lt fits perfect to my mimi drones with velcro.which is supplied with the strobe and a charging lead.

Beware they’ll take your Mini 4 above the 250g…by 5.9g

I bought this one and it is very light a small.

Attached with Velcro?

Are you not nervous that it might fall off?

@Scotcheggs I’d have a look at the VIFLY Strobe. It’s one of the lightest options available and is popular with Mini owners. Just make sure you weigh your Mini 4K with the battery fitted first, as some are already very close to the 250g limit. A small strobe is usually only a few grams, but it’s always worth checking rather than assuming you’ll stay under.

I have just been looking into a strobe for night use.
Not that I currently have any intention of flying it at night yet.
The CAA just seem to be saying that it needs to be a flashing green light.

Nothing on how often it flashes and the duration of the flash, nothing on where it must be visible from (and hence where it is sited on the drone), nothing about how bright it needs to be.

It seems silly IMO that DJI cannot simply add the ability for onboard lights to be able to flash and there to be the ability to tell it to flash even during recordings.
Has no one hacked the firmware for this?

I could add a simple slow flashing led attached to the a voltage source stolen from the internals and apparently meet the requirement.
