Removing Aircraft from Hangar

If I remove an Aircraft from My Hangar, what happens to the logs associated/linked to it?

Do the remain, just with no aircraft linked?
Do they get deleted?
Or something else?

I have some Aircraft I want to remove, but not if it’s going to be an issue to/for the logs…

As it stands, if you delete an aircraft it deletes the log entries too.

We could potentially change that to keep the log entries and assign them to [Deleted Aircraft].

Would that be your preference?

I think that would work, however keeping the aircraft name then appending [Deleted Aircraft] may make thing clearer…

I would like to hear from some others too…

I have logged this in our developer to do list.

I came to the same suggestion with aircraft name (Deleted).

Hi @MDSteve

This has now been done. When you delete the aircraft the log entry now remains. The aircraft type remains, with Deleted after it. As discussed.

Hi Simon
Deleting Aircraft from My Hangar, has resulted in unfortunate issue. In the profile and the log list it only shows the total of current aircraft in the Hangar.

However, at the end of the My Log list - with ‘ALL’ selected, it shows the overall total in my case current hangar = 3:29 the end of the log page = 10:16 can the total on the log page point to the log total or an additional count be shown to include deleted aircraft?

Hope this makes sense…
