Permission to fly needed or not

Good morning,

I am planning to do a few shots of the lighthouses at Newhaven port in Sussex.
I have checked The Dronw Map which is showing no restrictions, however i decided to double check the port’s website which is stating no flying is allowed ( nothing mentioned it’s just not allowing TOAL on its land ) within the ports area ( see picture attached from drone map . Any advice would be greatly welcomed.
I have emailed the port but as yet have not heard anything back.

Any advice is appreciated.

Kind regards

I’ve had similar with the national trust saying they do not allow drones but I think they keep it intentionally ambiguous as what they really mean is they don’t allow flying FROM their land i.e. no TOAL.What they fail to mention is they have no control over the airspace over their land or property which is entirely within the remit of the CAA. If there are no flight restrictions in place and you TOAL off port authority land, you should be ok
