I was in Norfolk earlier today. Had loads of fun “trying to find a place to fly”. Oh I don’t envy you guys trying to fly drones down there. Drone Map is like a multi-coloured jigsaw!

Might that have been it?
I would still have given it a go outside the RFZs.
Most of Norfolk is agricultural land, so relatively low risk.
Depending on your drone tech and experience, you can fly without GPS or stick your DJI in S mode.

I guess this explains all the mad hardware in the sky over Lincolnshire recently.
Yes u can & ive done it, im not irresponsible dont fly near airport’s, prisons or sensitive areas, fly well away from your target , as i say sensibly & safely , no probs, too much BS about the legality side. Its a hobby 
Just Norfolk in general mate. Lots of airbases and airfields aren’t there! Back down in Cambridge area near Duxford at the mo. Just checked DroneMap and I’ve got 4 different coloured circles covering the area I’m in.
Get me back to Scotland any day
