I’m unsure if I fly my min 4 Pro at night do have to see the drone itself or just the lights , I’m going to mount a Strobe because when I record video the lights go off, yes I know it takes it > 250 so different rules apply just, thanks in advance
You can get some realy good and light weight strobes i have one on mine and to be fair has any one questioned the weight of your drone i personaly havnt had any issues
Hi buddy, nobody has questioned the weigh just wanted to stay compliant, I have done some more research (asked Google) I have only to see the Strobe light so night flight in good visibility is considerably further than daylight 
. As long as I don’t get blinded by the Strobe before takeoff 
I think the only time they would question it would be if u did somthing wrong and im sure you wont do that
