Hi everyone ,im from Leicester and just got new mini 5 pro , as i was very excited to shoot some beautiful places i have in my mind but 90 percent of them are restricted ,even public parks are restricted by council, where should i start from ?

Have you managed to check out the TheDroneMap.com this will explain where you can legally fly your drone and most importantly where you are not permitted to fly.

Welcome to the forum. A council or landowner can only restrict you from taking off and landing on their land. Land ownership does not extend to the sky. The CAA controls the airspace. So as long as you take off and land in a publicly accessible area, even the road side will do. You can fly over their land or park etc.
You do need to check on https://thedronemap.com/ for any flight restrictions before flying though.
