As its a fishing drone for carrying bait ,i suppose over water,like a river or down at the beach,no?
But with its size/weight you might be restricted say flying in other places,maybe

Thanks for the welcome. My primary use will be for fishing. However I thought it prudent to find a place to practice if possible given the 150m restrictions. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
