New Dji Mini 5 Pro Added to the Hanger! Open to collaborations

Hi everyone :waving_hand:

I’ve just added the DJI Mini 5 Pro to my hangar and wanted to introduce myself to the community.

I’m a filmmaker and editor based in Stourbridge, West Midlands (UK), working across drone, video production, and cinematic content. I’ve started putting the Mini 5 Pro through its paces with test flights and early shoots, and I’m impressed with the image quality, stability, and flexibility for sub-250g work.

I’ll be sharing:

  • First impressions & test flight results
  • Camera and flight settings I’m using
  • Winter flying experiences
  • Real-world use for cinematic & commercial projects

I’m also open to collaborations with:

  • Other drone pilots
  • Filmmakers & content creators
  • Real estate, events, and local businesses

If you’re UK-based (or just curious about the Mini 5 Pro), feel free to say hello, ask questions, or share your own setups and experiences.

Looking forward to connecting and learning from the community :helicopter::camera_with_flash:

Good drone and while it is C0 marked it’s not a sub 250 gm drone. The C0 EU marking has a tolerance on the weight. Mini 5 Pro’s are typically 252 ~ 253 gram drones. Important in countries that have an absolute weight limit if you travel.

Thank you. I take this into consideration. Not aware its above 252…

The actual spec for a Mini 5 pro is 249.9 g ± 4 g which qualifies it as European C0. But in actual practice they all come out around the 252 ~ 253 gram mark.
