Hi do i still get a new card with my membership because it’s only billing me for the same as last year?
While I’m not the expert, if you requested automatic renewal, and opted for a card you should see two charges one for the membership and one for the card. I’m sure @SimonDale will confirm or correct this…

On 04/08/2026 at 14:52 you will be billed for your renewal, including your physical membership card.
The card will then be sent that day/the following day.
