I feel that sooner or later someone in our group will face this issue. Watching this I think that when a case does go to court the content here is really useful case law, once it gets through the court then there is proved case law. I am posting it just so that we are all more aware of the precarious nature of local authority drone bans. I think they know it is a bluff by them. Interested in others opinions/experiences of this matter?
