Hi all, I’m Phil - a new member from the Boston area, south Lincolnshire and thought I should introduce myself. I’m a designer and photographer, I’ve been flying drones since 2020 when I was asked to source a small drone for the company I worked for. The company build portable lighting products and we wanted to show off how good the products were after dark. We went with the DJI Mavic Mini which we were very impressed with.
Since then I’ve bought a few drones of my own - I bought a used Mavic Air as the first drone of my own which I sold in 2023 and replaced with a new Mini 3 Pro, and later an Air 3 too. I continue to use these both for my own use and the company I work for. I’ve attached a couple of my drone images - one a typical lighting image taken for work, the other taken for my own interest.
