Thanks Jayster, I know where you mean (roughly). Before moving down here we were livinig at Queensbury.
You should of said…Ukraine…Where’s that Lol
Hi, Don’t these Drones give you a taste of Freedom ? When you get a Bird’s eye view. Fantastic.
I’m right with you.
Although I prefer the term NIMBY, (not in my back yard).
On my most recent flight in UK, I was approached by a guy with an off-leash German shepherd. I asked him if I could land safely before we could talk and his dog tried to snatch my drone while it was landing!
Shenanigans…
It went okay once I explained that it was legal and took so much interest in the drone that it ate up all my flying time.
I think it actually helps to have a lot of encounters with these folks as you’ll learn how to adapt.
Buy a Red Dye marker spray…only use it in an emergency if you get threatened. They are legal. I bought them for my Wife and Daughters as well as my Grand Daughters.Never been used as yet but they agree it makes them feel a bit safer when out and about. All it does is give them a Red face that takes about eight Days to remove so you can report them to the Police and it will make them easy to spot.
Like how you just get on with Life. Some people could learn a lot from you instead of Winging…Stay Well.
