Hi everybody.
I’ve been flying fixed wing since the late 80’s and have recently taken up quadcopter FPV freestyle. Weeks spent on simulators! Took to the sky and I’m addicted! My son and I fly most days and it’s become quite the competition between us. We fly in acro which seems to add a little adrenaline (through fear of hitting the ground). I’ve also been building freestyle X and deadcat drones after sourcing all parts online which can be quite tasking as I find stock levels are always low. Build, fly, build, fly, build, fly. I love it. There’s just something so rewarding about watching something you’ve built cut through the air.
Betaflight configurator has tested my patience somewhat but with a lot of stressful mouse clicking, they’re all flying brilliantly!
