Hello guys, is it allowed to fly FPV drone over the private territory (field). Where no any buildings?
Without the permission of the landowner you cannot take off and land in a private field. But as long as you take off and land from a publicly accessible area you can legally fly over the private field. The CAA controls the airspace in the UK not the landowner.
Assuming the drone is CCA registered etc…
You do need to check drone map for any flight restrictions and as it’s an FPV drone you will need a spotter with you.
