Flying my Drone in Slovenia

Hi, One of my holiday stops this year is near Lake Bled in Slovenia and I would like to take images around the Lake. I already have the EU flyers ID and Operators ID. Looking at the Slovenia CAA site for “GEOGRAPHIC AREAS - UAS GEO ZONES”, around most of the lake looks like permission from the landowner is needed. I am unsure if this is for take off/landing or flying over. If this is correct what is the best way to get landowners permission and for what for landing/taking off or flying over. Are there any areas that I don’t need landowner permission? I also find it strange that under EASA it says meters from the ground. The Slovenia site appears to say 50 meters max. from the ground. Many thanks in advice for any help and guidance you can give..

Okay I’ve finally managed to track down the area you are talking about. The height restriction is obviously for a good reason? But it would help if they mentioned who you had to get permission from?
