Flying in the US?

Hi to all! Just joined and completely new to Drone flying. Recently purchased a Mavic 4 Pro and flying it whenever I can to gain as much experience as I can. Passed my UK & EU A2 this week and currently trying to get operator & Flyer IDs for the EU! Will check out the ‘Alpha Tango’ thread later! I want to take my Mavic to the US and would be grateful for any tips to achieve this legally! I have a ‘Confirmation of Identification’ as a foreign operator, do I need to do anything else? I love the Mavic’s cameras! here are a couple of shots from Chesterton Windmill this week!

Great photo!

I’ve never flown in the USA, so can’t help much there. This FAA page seems to describe what is required, including something called The Recreational UAS Safety Test (TRUST): https://www.faa.gov/uas/getting_started

Just back from San Francisco. Took a few shots but planning on going back next month having learnt a few things from this experience. Low light photography and wide angle distortion to name 2!
