Yes, it’s pretty cool.
The map is interesting. Not all of the coast line is Crown Estate (between mean low tide and mean high tide), but there is a lot that is.

It’s likely that some of the coast line is MOD, Private, Council or similar, the T’s n C’s do say something to that effect…
