Yellow is generally ‘An area of increased risk’. It will explain why that risk is increased, in the right hand column.
The red area is generally an area that you can not fly in. Such as an FRZ. It will explain what it is, and why you can’t fly there, in the right hand column.

EGD118 Pembrey Danger Area.
My understanding is that, unlike a prohibited or a restricted area, a danger area is not actually forbidden to aircraft. It is just that what is going on in there may put your aircraft at risk.
It is only active Monday to Thursday 8am until 4pm and Fridays 8am until 2pm.
