Hi I have owned my drone for almost 3 months, today I installed a battery and one of the clips snapped off, has anyone else had this issue, do you think DJI will replace it? I do have DJI refresh
Interesting. I wonder whether there was some fault from the manufacturer’s end and QC did not catch it.
On the other hand could they turn around and say that it could have happened after a crash? not sure.
No harm in trying to get a replacement.
I recently returned a remote controller to them and it was a bit (and still is) a mission to get all the paperwork set. Somehow for a product purchased in the UK I have to post it to Holland to return it and I need a customs declaration as we are not in the EU any more.

I would try DJI as clearly it’s a manufacturing fault. I’ve had mine for 10 months and never had this issue. They will probably change it under warranty
I emailed support @DJI. Com and they are going to replace it, they want a video of me dropping it into salt water for 12 hours first though
If once out of warranty you can buy the shell…
