Hi all. New member. Apologies if this has been asked already. When completing risk assessment for Aritcle 16 OA where does this need to be submitted i cant see anything on FPVUK?

I don’t think you have submit it just keep it with you, its just to say you have risk accessed where you intend to fly, me personally keep them afterwards as a record for any future issues.

Keith is absolutely correct.

Also, you only need to do a risk assessment when operating in a built-up area used solely for recreational purposes (e.g. a public park).

Thanks both much appreciated. I did one the other day as i was in an area for recreational use and was a bit concerned as i thought where do i need to submit this. Now i understand.
