A1, A2, A3 category information sheets

I have put these three sheets together for operating in category A1, A2 & A3 so that when I am flying I can have this on display near me so tI can refer people to when I am flying so that any questions they have can be answered without disrupting the flight. I am looking for feedback on the content and accuracy. By all means if you like them feel free to use them.

Hi,

Great effort.
I only flicked through them, but appreciate the effort you put in to create them.
Are you able to share editable docs (perhaps via Google docs links)?

I could then edit more easily to provide feedback.

@jubFPV Sure thing, I have them as word docs DM me as I can only upload images to the chat and I can email them to you.

Are you familiar with our FPV UK infographics?

We created these to show the written information about each of the categories and sub-categories and present them in a graphical manner.

I wonder if they meet the same purpose as your sheets?

Yes I think they might, the one area that is not covered is the part about article 240 and interfering with a pilot in flight?

Well this would be very Handy for New Pilots as well the General Pubic , Rather being Distracted while Flying and Listening Joe Pubic giving you Heated Hot Air Comments ,

Hi, Simon, the open category info-graphic needs to be updated on the faq’s page, and the handbook found under the link in knowledgebase this is useful…

Where do you mean when you say FAQs?

The latest infographic is always at fpv.uk/openinfog

The latest handbook is always at handbook.fpv.uk

Hi Simon,

Go to the faq page, roll down to the heading’ Open Category Drone and Model Aircraft Infographic’, click on read more - the image has what I’d call the confusing C1 wording and less than 900gms info.

If you then click on knowledgebase at the bottom of the faq page and roll down to ‘ New FPV UK Handbook’, you’ll find the old image there as well? The handbook image is V1 (as is the handbook), the latest info image is from V5 of the handbook.
