TOAL From the roof of a car

Hi everyone,
1st post to say hello :waving_hand:, and ask a question.
Has anyone used the roof of their car (parked up of course :wink:) to TOAL?
I want to park up just off a narrow country road, but there isn’t anywhere suitable to use apart from the road, which is too risky for obvious reasons.

@PaulG Hello Paul and welcome to drone Hub :waving_hand: Yes using your car roof to TOAL is fine but i would recommend using a landing matt on top of your car just incase you don’t scrape or scratch your car.
What drone do you currently fly?

Yeah, good idea about the landing mat. I will definitely do that.
I’m flying an MJI Mini 5 Pro. It’s absolutely the bees knees to fly. :grin:

The Mini 5pro is a fantastic piece of kit.
Do you use ND filters with the mini 5pro?

I’m experimenting with them.
The photos I took earlier have the ND 128 on the camera lens.

Hi Paul, and welcome, yes I have used the car roof many times for toal and see others doing likewise, have not had any issues with it
