Syncing flight data

I am having a Dickens of a time getting my flights to sync with DJI. I have all the settings enabled, and some flights sync fine but others just never do. Does anyone have any advice they can give? I am using the DJI Fly app on iPhone 16 and the flights are from a Neo 2.

Any assistance would be massively appreciated!

I had the same issue intermittently, don’t know the cause, but I changed from the phone hot-spot to the home Wi-Fi and it worked fine.

Other times it will work fine on the hot-spot, sometimes not, maybe linked to signal strength…
