New to drones and just jumped in with the new Mini 5 Pro (waited a few months as don’t think I’ll be buying a new device super often, so thought it best to get the latest as it will have to last!) very excited as it’s due from DJI tomorrow, meanwhile enjoying reading about the rules and tips for flying.

It looks like a fantastic drone. I am fascinated to see how the LiDAR works?!
Same here, one of the (several) reasons I hung on for the 5! As a new pilot (and someone who’s been involved through my work with Lidar for Robotics / Self driving cars) I though the added resilience in terms of depth sensing especially in low light may save a few potential crashes! (let’s hope!)

I already have a good selection of drones (mainly DJI) .. but when i upgrade I as a rule keep what I already have! I do use them all, todate my go to drone is my Air 3.
