Hi all, I’ve gone and bought a used Mini 3 Pro with Flymore kit, arriving today.
I’m a complete newcomer, never even been near a drone before :joy:.
I’ve got myself the flyer and operator id but no insurance as yet, will get around to it soon.
Looking forward to getting out and flying (when the wind and rain stops).
Advice very welcome, including tips & hints :+1:

Thanks for the welcome :folded_hands:t2:.

So, it arrived safely and looks immaculate.
I’ve turned the RC on and noticed that previous owners name is still in the profile.
I asked him to unbind it before posting so presumed he had done so. In device
management it says “Already bound to another account “ and can’t see an option to unbind.
Will a hard reset clear his account so I can register mine?
I’ve messaged him but no response yet.

Yes, a DJI Mini 3 can be moved from one account to another, but this is a manual process that requires the current account holder to “unbind” the device first. DJI uses this as an anti-theft measure to prevent stolen drones from being easily reused. 1. Unbind from Original Account: The current owner must log in to the DJI Fly App(internet connection required) and navigate to Profile > Device Management > Select Device > Remove Device from Account. This can be done remotely without the drone being physically present.
2. Bind to New Account: The new owner logs into their DJI account, connects the drone and remote controller, and goes to Profile > Device Management > Bind to Account.
3. Bind Remote Controller: Finally, the new owner should go to Device Management > Value-added Service > Bind New Device to link the remote to their specific account.
