@bloorby118 There is a lot to like, I started with the mini 5 and already have a second drone. More addictive than sugar these things.

@barrythomas1986 Germany you say, may have a chat with you about that, we ( my partner , the one who thinks I am not a pilot? Who is German) will be visiting at some point this year at least once I imagine. Already have my UAS OR (getting that got an eye roll from the better half too!) but be good to know what other belts and braces I may need.

I registered with the German authorities (LBA) to get my UAS e-ID and had to provide an insurance number before it would let me register which was about €25.
Shame we’re no longer in the EU as I’ve had to register to fly in Europe and with the CAA plus 1/3 party liability insurance in Germany and the UK
