Hello all! New here but not so new to the drone world, i have a question if anyone is able to answer. I am looking to get an Air 3S, but, does anyone know if it comes with the UK class marks and if it has the Remote ID (RID)? Don’t want to purchase a new drone and not be able to fly it in a couple years!

This post on a DJI blog indicates that the Air 3S is classed as UK1: New UK Drone Regulations from 01.01.2026 – What does this mean for DJI drone pilots in the UK?
Where things get tricky is that there is a reliance on replacing old stock at retailers with newer and marked stock. So if you buy an older stock drone there is a chance that it won’t come with the marking and if you buy newer stock it will be marked. My recommendation would be to buy directly from DJI.
As for remote ID, Google Gemini says it does support remote ID and the DJI website points users to the FAA website to confirm which models are compliant and this page seems to indicate the 3S is compliant: UAS Declaration of Compliance
