A lad is testing what happens when you tie different silly objects to his Mini 3 Pro in his local park.
It’s low risk, so I doubt he’ll have any problems.
It’s just funny that he cites the Drone Code with reference to the increased mass pushing the drone beyond 250g 
Useful if you ever wondered why payloads aren’t allowed under the Open category, I guess.
